Pumpkin Butter Recipe
This is the sweet version of the pumpkin butter. If you want a less sweet version you can do 1T of a Maple Syrup instead of 2T.
- 1 15oz Can of Pumpkin Puree
- 1/4 C Brown Sugar
- 2 T Maple Syrup
- 1/4 T Pumpkin Spice
- 1/4 T Cinnamon
- 1 Pinch of Salt
- Add all ingredients into pot.
- Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Until a mable brown color is reached.
- Add to a sourdough toast and enjoy! (Optional) add bacon or condensed milk for extra flavor!
